We operate on a pre-order basis. Delivery dates are published in advance when you place your order.
Minor delays of 1–2 days may occur due to logistics. If the delay extends beyond 3 days, we will notify you promptly via email.
All mangoes are shipped in 3-ply export quality corrugated boxes, the same packaging used for international exports and within India, ensuring safe transit and freshness.
Returns & Replacements
If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund as applicable.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
Returns are not accepted for taste preferences or natural ripening variations, as mangoes are shipped fresh and ripen naturally at room temperature.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If you need to change your delivery address within the same region, please inform us at least 3 days in advance so we can update logistics accordingly.
