Introduction

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Seasonal Availability

Mangoes are a seasonal fruit, and availability depends on harvest cycles and weather conditions.
Varieties offered (e.g., Banginapalli, Rasalu, Suvarna Rekha) may change based on the season.
Orders are fulfilled only when fruit is available, and we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders if harvest conditions affect supply.

Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis. Delivery dates are announced in advance.
Payments must be completed through the approved payment methods listed on the website.
If a particular variety is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are published during pre-order.
Minor delays of 1–2 days may occur due to logistics. If delays exceed 3 days, customers will be notified via email.
All mangoes are shipped in 3-ply export quality corrugated boxes, ensuring safe transit and freshness.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for eligible claims (e.g., damaged goods or unavailable fruit) are processed within 10–15 business days.
If we fail to deliver your order during the season due to any reason, the refund will be processed after the season concludes.

Returns & Replacements

Customers must report damaged or spoiled mangoes within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Replacements or partial refunds will be offered after review.
Returns are not accepted for taste preferences or natural ripening variations.

Address Changes

Customers must notify us of any delivery address changes at least 3 days before dispatch.
Address changes after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

Limitation of Liability

Mangoes are agricultural products, and natural variations in size, color, and ripening are expected.
We are not liable for delays or shortages caused by weather, harvest conditions, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
